Freelancing is increasing these days.

Because of the competition, people are ready to sell their work for lesser money and there are few companies that hire freelancers and pay them very less which is lesser than the cost incurred for the total effort put by them. This is not the fate of the freelancers only. Full time workers are also pushed to this situation. When we take an IT company, targeting the deadline, all employees are rinsed to work faster day and nights and at the end are left with nothing. Even their salary they earn is not equal to the work they have done. If asked, managers say that you do not know how to plan your work. Very pathetic situation.

Corporate bonded labour...

This video clearly depicts the behavior of a manager (few exceptional managers might be there) who wants the workers to increase the company's success by overloading them. This puts forth a BIG "?" on the Work-Life Balance. When ever a worker is overloaded, the work life balance is lost and work takes the heavier side and it makes the worker mentally stressed. Even if he has worked more than 100% (which is not at all possible in real but is the trend followed in all corporate companies), the necessary appreciation, promotion or the benefits are very meager. This will surely trigger the life incidents of every corporate employee (instead can be said as a bonded employee).

Awesome performance!!!

This video shows two really talented guys and are to be really appreciated for their performance. I was not very happy because this video just had 732 views in youtube. Its more beyond what people think. Their performance is really mind-blowing and should be brought into peoples sight. I think that this video has more number of views or downloads in Whatsapp rather than in youtube.

Let your children learn from experience

Anything learnt by experience makes us remember it for a long time. It is something similar to what we learn practically. Anything taught or knowledge gained in a theoretical basis will on last longer till we use it practically ourselves. Few precautionary things are to be told or taught to our children for their safety. If they are not able to decipher the solution on a problem even after a long search, then we may show the right path to find the solution so that they may succeed in that path.We should be the right person guiding our children to victory by showing the path to success and make them put their effort to achieve it. In the above video, we can see how a mother helps her child to become a successful business women.

Here is a video where an Anaconda lays still after having eaten a dog.

This was captured by a person and he lets his family play with it.

Then he releases it a far off place.

It behaves well when its face or mouth is tied and is very harmless.

But none could imagine what would happen if such a thing happens near our house.
