Freelancing is increasing these days.

Because of the competition, people are ready to sell their work for lesser money and there are few companies that hire freelancers and pay them very less which is lesser than the cost incurred for the total effort put by them. This is not the fate of the freelancers only. Full time workers are also pushed to this situation. When we take an IT company, targeting the deadline, all employees are rinsed to work faster day and nights and at the end are left with nothing. Even their salary they earn is not equal to the work they have done. If asked, managers say that you do not know how to plan your work. Very pathetic situation.

This video clearly depicts the behavior of a manager (few exceptional managers might be there) who wants the workers to increase the company's success by overloading them. This puts forth a BIG "?" on the Work-Life Balance. When ever a worker is overloaded, the work life balance is lost and work takes the heavier side and it makes the worker mentally stressed. Even if he has worked more than 100% (which is not at all possible in real but is the trend followed in all corporate companies), the necessary appreciation, promotion or the benefits are very meager. This will surely trigger the life incidents of every corporate employee (instead can be said as a bonded employee).

Anything taught or knowledge gained in a theoretical basis will on last longer till we use it practically ourselves. Few precautionary things are to be told or taught to our children for their safety.
